INTRODUCTION

Welcome to studypool.uk (the "Site"). The contents and services of the Site are provided by studypool.uk of Central Bronx, NY, New York (referred to as " Studypool ", "we," "us," or "our" herein) subject to the following terms and conditions: 

 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. Studypool.uk reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement.

 INTERPRETATION

a. "You", "Your", "Customer" and "Users" means and address to you or/and any registered user/visitor to the studypool.uk site.
b. "We", "Our" or "Company" mean and address to Studypool, a company registered under the laws of USA, address Bronx, New York.
c. "order" means an order that is written in a standard electronic form submitted and filled by the customer.
d. "Client" or "Customer" is the registered user that posts a project to be completed by a tutor.
e. "Tutor" provides the services to accomplish a project for a Client.
f. "Service" is defined as all activity and services provided from Studypool.uk.
g. "Content" is any information submitted on behalf of the completion of the order, uploaded, or entered into Studypool.uk site from the school or information you have completed to work on your assignment.
h. "Project" is defined by any work posting from a Client in attempt to find a Scholar.
i. "Account" refers to a registered user and including all Content they have inputted into Studypool.uk.

 ASSIGNMENT EXPERT SERVICES

Through the Site, we provide the Custom Help Service, the Submit-An-Essay Service, and the Library Service including the Instant Download Service (which are collectively referred to in these Terms as the "Services"). Through the Services, we facilitate the exchange of information between student users of the Site (the "Client") and graduate student tutors (the "Tutors") who have agreed to provide certain services to Studypool relating to a wide range of academic subjects in exchange for cash fees. By agreeing to the Terms, you are deemed to have represented and warranted to Studypool.uk that you have attained the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside. By agreeing to these Terms, you are further deemed to have agreed that you will never, for any reason whatsoever, make, or attempt to make direct contact with any Studypool Tutor other than via the systematized methods provided by Studypool.uk within its system. For greater clarity, you agree not to contact any Tutor directly by telephone, email, fax, text message or any other communications medium outside of the Studypool.uk Site and system.

 OUR SERVICES

You can only use the Service for getting tutored. The Service cannot be held responsible for any academic, civil, or criminal proceedings against you for wrongfully using this service. Purchase of service, or intent to make any purchase by making the payment or/and order, is intended for your personal use or consultation only, and is not considered a transfer of copyright nor do these Services transcend the rules and regulations of copyright and propriety information. All projects are solved by tutors who have assigned all rights and ownership of the Products to the company, as property of Studypool.uk.

 COPYRIGHT AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP

You agree to not hold us liable for any copyright infringement that may result from the posting of content by any of the users of our Service. We will remove appropriate content if a valid copyright claim is made. The Service does not monitor, prescreen or evaluate posting, contents or any activity by the members. It is the responsibility of the users to abide by any and all rules of their jurisdiction.

 ACADEMIC HONESTY POLICY FOR TUTORS

Please use this service responsibly. Do not agree to take tests or quizzes for students. Please contact Studypool.uk to have listing removed. Your tutoring should be detailed.

ACADEMIC HONESTY POLICY FOR CLIENTS

Please use this service responsibly. The intent of this service is to help you to learn from tutors via one-on-one tutoring. This service may not be used to obtain answers to exams, quizzes or other testing methods. You may not post requests asking tutors to take your exams or quizzes for you. Such postings will be removed by us. You may not, under any circumstance, turn in the work of tutors as your own.

 ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

At any time, the Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any/and all current or future use of the Service if we become aware that you have violated our TOS. For tutors on the site, in certain instances, your account balance may be debited/held upon suspension. Creating duplicate tutor accounts is not allowed and your account will be suspended and closed down if we become aware of duplicate accounts.

 PAYMENTS AND CHARGES

You must be 18 years or older to receive payments from Studypool.uk. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes. Payments are made via PayPal or debit cards. You acknowledge and agree that Studypool.uk will be entitled to recover any chargebacks that may be imposed on Studypool.uk by a credit card issuer on funds paid to you by clients through the Site. A chargeback occurs when a client rejects or reverses a charge on his or her credit card through the credit card issuer. You agree that Studypool.uk may reverse any such payments made to you, which are subject to chargeback via a credit card issuer.

 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall we or our licensors or our third-party service providers be liable to you or any other member for any special, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages pursuant to this agreement, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, in no event will our liability to you for any action or claim related to the site services provided under this agreement, whether based on contract, tort, negligence or any other theory of liability. Exceed the greater of: (a) $100, or (b) the aggregate amount of service charges actually collected by us from you for the site services to which the liability relates during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the determination of such liability. Some states and jurisdictions do not allow for all the foregoing exclusions and limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so to that extent, if any, some, or all of these limitations and exclusions may not

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Studypool.UK, ITS AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE SITE OR ON ANY SITE TO WHICH IT IS LINKED. Studypool.UK, ITS AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS DO NOT WARRANT THE FUNCTIONS, INFORMATION OR LINKS CONTAINED ON THE SITE OR THAT ITS CONTENTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE SITE, OR ITS CONTENTS, ARE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR THAT THE OPERATIONS OF THE SITE OR ITS CONTENTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES, WORMS OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Studypool.UK., ITS AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE MATERIALS AND/OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY OR THROUGH THE SITE IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, SECURITY OR OTHERWISE. YOU (AND NOT Studypool.uk) ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ANY NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION THAT MAY RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

 PRIVACY AND SECURITY

By agreeing to these Terms, you recognize and agree that:

·        (i) The Internet is not a secure medium, and neither the privacy of your use of or communications via the Site can be guaranteed;

·        (ii) The nature of Internet communications means that your communications may be susceptible to data corruption, unauthorized access, interception and delays;

·        (iii) Studypool.uk and any other persons involved with the Site may make changes in the contents of the Site at any time without notice;

·        (iv) Studypool shall not be responsible for any detrimental reliance you may place on the Site or its contents;

·        (v) Use of the Site is on an "as is" basis and is strictly at your own risk. As payments for the Services are made through our payment gateways, you should review their privacy and security policies for our gateways.

·        (vi) the Site may include incomplete information, inaccuracies or typographical errors;

In agreeing to these Terms, you recognize and agree that although the security efforts of Studypool.uk, Our Payment Gateways and its other partners are generally consistent with standard industry practice, your complete privacy, confidentiality and security associated with any communications between us is not possible over the Internet, and therefore cannot be guaranteed. As a result, Studypool.uk shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of privacy, disclosure of information, harm, damage, or loss that may result from your transmission of any information to us in any connection with the Site.
