REFUND POLICY

At Studypool.com, our main aim is to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied. Our refund policy guarantee assures the customer that we will strive to make sure that they get their money’s worth when they place an order with us. Under the following conditions, we will credit the client’s account with the amount paid, which they will redeem for future use or transfer the credit to their colleagues.

Order Cancellation

When the customer cancels the order before it is assigned to a tutor.

Erroneous Payment

When the customer makes a double payment or an over-payment.

No Writer for Paper

When there is no tutor for the paper and you had deposited funds in your account.

Lateness

In the unlikely event that the paper is submitted to the customer extremely late and is no longer needed.
